I have completed a pre-training review and have contributed to development of this plan including the schedule of proposed employer contact points, and competency confirmation process and response time frame. I am aware of my responsibility to ensure that this plan and its ongoing development is implemented and monitored over the duration of the Training Contract.

\r\n I, the undersigned, on behalf of the nominated employer, agree to: \r\n
\r\n
\r\n a. The employer responsibilities as outlined in this Training Plan.\r\n
\r\n
\r\n b. Provide work and on the job training consistent with formal training provided under this Training Plan.\r\n
\r\n
\r\n c. Provide appropriately qualified/experienced and accessible supervision for this apprentice/trainee.\r\n
\r\n
\r\n d. Withdraw my apprentice/trainee from routine work duties, with pay, for a minimum of 3 hours per week, \r\n averaged over a 4 weeks period, for the purpose of undertaking formal training/ learning/ assessment activities. \r\n
\r\n
\r\n e. The RTO providing information to Training Services NSW as specified in (e) and (g) above.\r\n
\r\n
\r\n f. Report/confirm learner competence in the vocation to the RTO as appropriate.\r\n
\r\n
\r\n g. Information provided by the RTO in (g) above possibly being used to initiate competency based completion of the apprenticeship/traineeship.\r\n

\r\n We, the undersigned, have participated in the negotiation and development of the training plan. The employer, apprentice/trainee and, if applicable, parent/guardian have jointly selected the RTO. RPL and credit transfer arrangements have been explained to the apprentice/trainee and employer, and, where applicable, offered to the apprentice/trainee.\r\n

\r\n We understand and support how the training and assessment will happen.\r\n
\r\n
\r\n We are also aware of the relevant state training legislation and RTO compliance requirements.\r\n
\r\n
\r\n All parties agree that the RTO has provided full details of how to access the RTO training and assessment dispute mechanism.\r\n
